OS Ticket

Hallo zusammen

Ich möchte gerne das open-source Programm OS Ticket installieren, dass soweit ich es verstanden habe, mit PHP funktioniert.

Nun habe ich überhaupt keine Ahnung von php^^ aber nach der Site müsste man es ganz einfach installieren können, wenn man es einem Apache-Server hinzufügt (ich habe es via XAMPP hinzugefügt) und müsse dann nur noch die Setup-Datei hinzufügen. Nun erscheint aber folgende Fehlermeldung:

Hi,

die Datei, die du versuchst einzubinden, existiert nicht. Prüf, ob deine Pfadangaben stimmen und alle Dateien/Scripte da liegen, wo sie liegen sollen.

Dein Script geht davon aus das es sich eine Verzeichnisebene tiefer befindet als der Rest. Daher nehme ich an das du die Datei einfach an die falsche Stelle kopiert hast.

setup.inc.php - du rufst ein Master Include File auf, nicht das install script.

Stell sicher das du eine URL aufrufst nach dem Schema:

http://example.org/osticketInstallDir/setup/

Off-Topic: Ein if..endif hab ich auch schon ne Weile nicht mehr in reinem PHP Code gesehen
