Ich versteh die php.ini nicht

Also mein Problem beruht darauf das obwohl ich eine session deklariert habe und ihr einen wert gegeben habe sie nicht geöffnet werden kann weil sie angeblich keinen hat. bzw sie kann nur im deklarieretn geöffnet werden.
Also hab ich mir die php.ini angesehen und dort den punkt gefunden:

Allerdings habe ich keinerlei ahnung was ich dort eintragen soll, denn wenn ich wie dort steht einfach /temp einsetze sagt er immer wenn ich die seite lade session already has been startet.
was muss ich tun???

hast du sessions überhaupt gestartet????
