Tool zum html in xhtml wandeln gesucht

Hallo,

ich will ne ganze Menge Text, der mit z.b. [b] &
formatiert ist in den aktuellen xhtml [b]
Standard wandeln und suche daher ein Tool, welches diese Umwandlung automatisch macht.

Gibts sowas?
