Ich bin neu hier. aber naja... jeder fängt mal an
Mein Problem:
Ich habe einen Webserver mit insgesamt 580 GB share!!!
Die website habe ich mit php geschrieben und online gestellt. hat ja alles super geklappt. doch nun möchte ich daten die z.b. auf Laufwerk E:\\ sind auf meiner Page zur verfügung stellen (zum Downlaoden) doch das HP verzeichnis (htdocs usw...) ist auf laufwerk C:\\
nun wenn ich die daten jetzt auf meiner Website zur verfügung stellen möchte, muss ich ja alles in die htdocs dtaei kopiere.
Meine Frage: geht das auch anders? es muss anders gehen!!! denn die Daten auf E:\\ die ich frei geben möchte würde niemals auf C:\\ passen.
Habt ihr da vorschläge oder ideeen????

Unter Linux wäre es keine Hürde, die "dicke Partition" so in den "Baum zu hängen", daß die Daten innerhalb Documentroot zur Verfügung stehen.

Ob Windows diesen Luxus auch kennt, entzieht sich mangels Interesse meiner Kenntnis.

das habe ich in meinem lokalen webserver drin, allerdings weis ich nur dass es funktioniert, was die Zeile mit "Options Indexes MultiViews ExecCGI" bedeutet kann ich dir so genau nicht erklären, dazu würd ich mir hier noch ein paar infos holen, was da überhaupt rein muss.

Das ist nicht mein Problem, daß Du Dich in der Wahl des Betriebssystems schon festgelegt hast.

Blöde Frage so am Rand...
wenn du denn Apache auf c:/ hast. warum muß dann dauch dein Rootverzeichnis auf c:/ sein?
du kanst doch das Rootverzeichnis auf e:/ legen ohne viel am Apache ändern zu müssen...
z.B.:

Ein PHP Script tut, was Du schreibst, nicht was Du willst.

Guck mal hier: http://www.phpfriend.de/forum/viewto...hlight=#175923

Selbiges kannst du verwenden, um die Downloads auf E:\ zur Verfügung zu stellen - z.B. unter downloads.meine-domain.de (anstatt meinprojekt.localhost im o.g. Beitrag)

Die Seite im DocumentRoot bleibt davon dann unberührt.
