Who we are:

The MT Performance GmbH is a young Internet Company based in Berlin. The company focuses on the International Online Marketing Market in order to benefit from the huge growth that is to be expected in this market over the next years. Backed by financially strong serial internet entrepreneurs and experienced Business Angels of first rank have just launched this promising venture to become the first player in the online marketing business.

Your role:

• Create communication and marketing tools, such as advertisements, banners and other promotional material for online media, with focus on fashion

• Web page design and layout

• Opportunity of longer employment



Requirements:
• Knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Good English or German skills
• Degree-level education (or equivalent) in graphic design or an artistic subject
• Team-oriented, structured and independent working style
• Creativity and commitment
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Natural passion and interest for web design and the fashion industry
