Young Internet GmbH is Europe’s leading website provider for children. Our most popular product Panfu (www.panfu.com) is a virtual world with 17 million registered users since 2008. It is the largest website for children in Europe, providing them with access to safe, learning-oriented multi-player online games. With prominent presence in Germany, France, Spain, Britain, Poland, the Netherlands, Scandinavia, South America and the USA, Panfu belongs to one of the fastest growing communities on the Internet. Team Leader Customer Care (m/f)

Your responsibilities
• Leading the Customer Care team.
• Ensuring an optimal operating cycle by planning, coordinating and controlling processes in the day-to-day business.
• Developing and evaluating reports and statistics.
• Working closely together with the Directing Managers.


Your profile
• A graduate in Economic sciences, New media, Communication, Computer Sciences or similar.
• You have been able to gain valuable experiences in a comparable position.
• You are professional when it comes to handling customers.
• You hold very good organizational and administrative skills.
• You are equipped with very good analytical capabilities and a conceptual thought.
• You hold very good internet and computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• You are distinctively customer oriented.
• You have great communication skills and a friendly telephone voice.
• You can express yourself very well in English, both verbally and in writing. No German required.
• You enjoy work and are ready for independent and intensive team work.
• Programming language such as HTML, PHP or Flash could be beneficial.
